Held on the fourth Sunday of every
month in Lavenham Village Hall,
Lavenham Farmers Market boasts
over 30 of the highest quality artisan
producers in Suffolk. and is well worth a monthly visit. It really
is a genuine, local market - everything that is sold at the mar-
ket comes from within a 30 mile radius with traders travelling
from Hadleigh, Sudbury, Woodbridge and Boxford.

There is a fantastic range of produce including fresh fruit, and
vegetables, local bread, beef, pork and game, home baked
cakes and pies, local eggs, home produced jams, pates and
chutneys, fresh herbs, local sausages, smoked cheese, salami
and olives, real ale and a lovely selection of plants and
flowers. All the food at the market is grown, baked, brewed
and butchered by the person who is selling it so that you, the
customer can find out everything you want to know before
you buy - there are no hidden surprises.

The fantastic kid friendly Farmers' Cafe serves
homemade soup, freshly baked quiche and
cakes, Farmers' Breakfasts and good quality
coffee using local products direct from the
market traders.

This is the fourth ”
Taste of Sudbury“

which will take place in Sudbury.
Mark David from the Cookery Experience will compere the
cookery demonstrations by passionate local chefs which will
take place on the stage outside St. Peter's Church. It will be
the place to be if you love food! Free entry to the public.
Taste of Sudbury is organised by the Sudbury Town Team, a
voluntary and non-profit-making group representing the
interests of local businesses.

In celebration of the Queen’s Birthday, why not take all the
